Understanding Kung Fu Panda 3 (2016) | Becoming Po

And so, we finally reach the third instalment of the Kung Fu Panda series, and with it, for the first time, we will actually talk about the film’s protagonist Po.

In the last two films, we spoke about side characters such as Master Shifu, Mr Ping, and the other parents of the franchise.

But today, in this final chapter of the Kung Fu Panda series, Po is front and centre. This is because for Po, his story never ended in Kung Fu Panda 1, it never closed off in Kung Fu Panda 2 but by the end of Kung Fu Panda 3, we get to see Po’s full journey.
